The Drop at Store solution enables the end customer to collect the package at the nearby location at  convenient times and allow the small businesses and local retailers to provide pick-up and delivery capacity to the Last Mile Delivery Express network in cities served by our express network.

How Does It Works

  1. Pick-up from the e-retailer : The customers places his e-commerce orders to pick up at retail location and Last Mile Delivery Express collects the Bulk items from the e-retailers.
  2. Routing all items to the sorting center : The Drivers route all ecommerce Orders to the sorting center to Process and sort shipments by zone and by area.
  3.  Shipments dropped to e-retailer : Last Mile Delivery Express drop-off  the bulk  Shipment to each relay point.The merchant partner confirm the receipt of all shipments one by one and transfer the status Tracking data using the Last Mile Delivery Platform.
  4. The e-retailer hands-over to end-customer : The e-retailsConfirm the identity of the Customer and Deliver the parcel to the customerand Integrate the Card ID scan.
